ABOUT US . . .

OUR MISSION is to educate, inspire, entertain and connect
the community through arts and cultural events.

While our Core Values are PASSION, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, DIVERSITY AND EXCELLENCE we must also include Creativity, Community and Environment as the tools we will use to continually mold and shape the organization to achieve our ultimate vision. That Vision is to furnish a positive learning environment with
highly-skilled instructors to kindle and help participants achieve creative ideas through theatre, art, dance and movement, and music. We will showcase abilities through exhibits and performances which will result in a connection with the community through shared artistic experiences.

Our business philosophy built on the foundation of our Core Values demonstrates our passion - the excitement and enthusiasm for cultivating the arts in our community; the respect we expect for our community, our patrons, and each other; integrity - the truthfulness, honor and reliability we exhibit in the community; the promotion of artistic diversity as well as cultural diversity; and an excellence that validates the distinction and quality of all that we offer. In addition to these cornerstone values we will provide opportunities to nurture originality, spark the imagination and inventiveness; opportunities to foster the cooperative spirit of community and demonstrate the spirit of inclusiveness within our community; and consciously seek opportunities to respect our surroundings, nature, and ecosystem
of our environment.
